Every new parent goes through a series of emotions before the arrival of their little one. The whole experience is life changing, especially for a mother. Imagine nurturing and carrying a new life inside your womb for 9 months. The feeling itself takes a while to set in. The little one is welcomed with open arms. A feeling of festivity surrounds the mother and the whole family until the arrival of the baby. Also, nowadays a rather not-so-old tradition has started that gives the mother a chance to enjoy some time with her girlies and have a hearty laugh with them- baby showers. Proud mum Chrissy, welcomed a 13 pound, five ounce baby girl, almost twice the average weight of a baby at the Orange Park Medical Center in Florida. Although Chrissy wasn’t expecting her baby to be the size of a toddler and had already bought outfits meant for a nine-month-old, she was more than happy to see her baby girl.
