However, this case of the decomposing sea creature was finally solved by Edith Widder.
The chief executive of the Ocean Research and Conservation Association, Edith, found that the overwhelming likelihood of the sea creature’s species was that of a baleen whale and not any giant squid or any other variety of ocean savage.
