People often say ‘Life is dull, its boring, there’s nothing new!!’ So, what to do in such circumstances? Well, you can either crib about it being so colorless or just find something to color. The world is not a small place, you might not realize but in some corner or at any time of the day, something or the other is being invented to rescue you from your boredom. Be it fashion related, lifestyle related or fitness related, you will never be left disappointed, if the least you could do is google. And the discovery we have made today is, if you are stressed then let it GOAT!!! Yes, Goat because they are the new stress busters as they venture into the field of yoga.
Lainey Morse started a class where goats are strolling around and interacting with the yogis.
Morse said the idea for a goat therapy first came to her during a rough period in her life. “It’s impossible to be sad and depressed when there’s baby goats jumping around, ” she said. Although, it originally began as a goat happy hour where humans would be able to spend time with the animals.
But it soon paved its way into the world of yoga.
The 45-year-old already had goats as pets on her farm. At one of those goat happy hour events, a yoga instructor Heather Davis asked Morse if she would be interested in mixing it in yoga. And Morse said, “I said the goats would be all over the humans [in the class], and [Davis] said ‘cool'”. That’s when goat yoga began.
