This Daredevil Photographer Goes To Any Length To Get That Perfect Shot Including Camping In -40 degrees Celsius

Angela feels, “The older I get, the happier I’ve become to only work with people I trust, though. I also walk away from a photo when I think it’s too dangerous.”

Recalling the time when she was involved in an avalanche herself, she said, “We weren’t clipped into our safety anchors when the avalanche struck, and it buried us up to our shoulders – snow filling my airway. It was a big lesson for me. If we had of been any closer to the edge, or the ledge was smaller, we could have all been pushed off the cliff.”

According to Angela, she will never get sick of exploring and shooting.

She says, “I’m determined – and a lot of people would say I have more tenacity than most, but for me it’s kind of like an obsession. It’s easy to stay inspired when you’re travelling the world.” Being an experienced one, she would advise the young and aspiring ones to get out and shoots lots and share as early as possible.

Another counter-intuitive tip from the expert was that the photographers must focus on the image and not the camera.

She feels that they might go off the beaten track in their search for a great image. She thinks that her iPhone can take as good an image as her thousands dollar worth camera. Speaking about her next ventures, she says, “There’s plenty that’s still on my bucket list.”
