The spokesperson said that it seemed quite apparent that the area on Pasuda’s chest had become infected, as it was filled with pus.
“Typically if the infection is introduced at the time of treatment (through poor health and safety practice or cross-contamination), then effects are apparent after 24-48 hours,” they said. They further reasoned, “Again we cannot know what action was taken to resolve the infection or when. Infections can do a great deal of damage to the healing area and can easily lead to permanent scarring.”
They are investigating deep into the matter and are certain that they will find out what happened in Thailand.
Addressing to this regrettable situation, they said that the scarring will diminish over time. But Pasuda will require ongoing therapy to improve these disappointing results including the use of steroid injections, silicon gel sheet and scar relaxation therapy.
