While the couple was lying on the ground, the child was strapped into his baby buggy.
Detectives said that after they spotted the 28-year-old mother unconsciously sprawled in the dirt, they revived the couple and took the family to a police station where the parents received an official warning and were dismissed.
However, they didn’t realize that the warning was given to the deaf ears.
Just hours later, the officers were called out by a horrified passerby who found a crying baby with some drunk parents. But they couldn’t have imagined that they were going to see the same couple they had warned some hours ago.
